Position title

Communication skills are crucial, not just for expressing empathy and understanding, but also for effectively conveying important information about the individual's condition. Good organisational skills are a must to manage the variety of tasks associated with the job, from personal care duties to medication schedules. Problem-solving skills and resilience are key due to the often demanding and unpredictable nature of the job. Your ability to stay calm under pressure and to handle challenging situations with sensitivity will be vital.
